This three-week course is dedicated to helping you notice the movement of the sacred in your life.

Our lives are immense gifts from God. Unfortunately, we rarely see them this way because we’re bogged down by day-to-day stresses and distractions. Then, all of a sudden, we find ourselves at 85 years old and wonder, where did all that time go? How come I didn’t stop and smell the roses? Where were the roses, even? 

I’ll help you see those roses. This is my specialty, schtick, wheelhouse, gift—whatever you want to call it. I use one powerful spiritual exercise, guide you through it, and then help you unpack it afterwards.

I have used it with myself and hundreds of people to help them notice the holy and sacred in their lives so they figure out what truly matters and is really worth living for.

When will this be happening? Wednesdays on August 5, 12, 19 at 10 a.m. PST. These will be 60-90 minute sessions, depending on the flow and needs of the group. 

How will you meet with us? Through Zoom. I’ll provide all registrants with a link beforehand. This means you can join in from anywhere as long as you have a laptop, computer, smartphone or tablet with a camera and a microphone. Why are you only limiting this to 9 people? Small groups work best for these kinds of spiritual exercises, giving us all a chance to speak, listen and get to know one another. We also begin the class with a vow to honor one another’s voices and keep confidentiality.

What’s the cost and are there any refunds? $199 for the entire course. You will receive a full refund if you’re not really into it after the first session. No refunds are available after the second session begins. 

What will you be doing with us and how can we prepare? I will guide you through a spiritual exercise and afterwards, we’ll process and discuss what you experienced together. I will facilitate the entire session, from start to finish. To get the best experience out of this, you will need a designated quiet space, free from interruptions and with a good internet connection.

Do I have to be religious? You don’t have to identity with a particular faith tradition at all. You do need some sort of belief in a divinity or sacred presence in your life however, because the whole point of the class is to help you connect with that sacred presence!
